Browsing or adding items to a cart does not place an order. A WhatsApp inquiry does not reserve stock or collect payment. When live checkout is available, submitting the cart creates an order with its displayed total and reserves available stock; payment is confirmed only after Razorpay reports a captured charge. A failed or cancelled payment does not confirm a paid purchase.

Product availability and price are checked again during checkout; a changed total requires your review before payment. Delivery coverage, charges and timing are not guaranteed solely by the displayed catalog. Contact the store about your address and delivery terms before paying if those details are essential to your purchase.
