Product checkout is not currently available. A WhatsApp conversation about a product is an inquiry, not a confirmed order or payment. The separate ₹1 Razorpay test checkout is not a product purchase.

When product orders become available, return and refund eligibility will be discussed against the terms agreed for the actual purchase and applicable consumer rights. We do not promise a blanket return window, universal exclusions, or a fixed refund-processing time here. Nothing in this policy limits rights provided by applicable law.
